The transaction&nbsp;remains&nbsp;subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals and is expected to close in mid-April.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hanwha Energy is an established&nbsp;gas-fired&nbsp;power generation&nbsp;developer in Korea and across Asia.
